I was very fortunate this year to be able to visit Grenada, Nicaragua this January (for my cousin’s wedding). I took a zilllion photos (which I’m still processing), but you can only do so much at once, right? Anyway, the colors and the structures had me in awe at every moment, especially these doors! I’m so happy and so lucky I was able to travel so far with my camera in hand. I put this arrangement together for my mom, as when we were in Grenada at a tourist shop one day she almost bought a picture of a door. When I realized what she was doing I said “Mom, let me take that for you”, and here we go:
